I filmed this shortfilm for a college paper. It´s all in a long take. It was a solo job, my teacher asked me to do this on my own
. I was directing the scene and using the camera at the same time. This great actor in scene is also a great friend of mine. Rodrigo Pereira is a professional actor and he helped me playing the character.
I only used a Canon 60d camera and 50mm F/1.8 lens. This film was edited in Adobe Premiere Pro
Eu filmei esse curta metragem para um trabalho da faculdade. É todo feito em plano- sequência. Foi um trabalho individual, meu professor pediu que cada aluno desempenhasse sozinho essa atividade. Esse grande ator em cena é também um grande amigo. Rodrigo Pereira é ator profissional e ele me ajudou no trabalho interpretando a personagem. You can only see some frames because i´m sending this film to a festival.
It´s a story of love. Not only love but despair. We live thinking we are independent , however the truth is that we need to love and to be loved. Sometimes loneliness lead us to the craziest dreams and illusions. Joao, the caracter, is lost in his despair.
